A booking fee is included in the total price to secure your reservation. It's non-refundable in all circumstances, including cancellation, no-show or changes of plan.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the booking fee. Within 24 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
If a trip can't operate due to severe weather or official closure, we'll offer to reschedule your travel date. No cash refund is provided in these cases.
